Cancellation & Refund Policy

KKS Dental and Medical Care believes in helping its customers as far as possible. This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies subject to the nature of the product or healthcare service availed.
Healthcare Services and Advance Payments
- Payments made as an advance for appointments, procedures, treatments or other healthcare services are non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided once a consultation, diagnostic service, procedure, treatment or any other healthcare service has been availed, commenced or completed.
- If KKS Dental and Medical Care is unable to provide a prepaid service, the request will be reviewed by our Customer Service team and any approved refund will be processed according to the applicable circumstances.
Product Orders
Where products are ordered from us, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. A cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the vendor or merchant and the shipping process has been initiated.
- KKS Dental and Medical Care does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported to our Customer Service team on the same day that the product is received. The request will be considered after the merchant has verified the issue.
- If a received product is not as shown on the website or does not meet reasonable expectations, the customer must notify our Customer Service team on the same day that the product is received. The Customer Service team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
- For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the customer should refer the issue to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Any refund approved by KKS Dental and Medical Care will be processed within 1-2 days. The time required for the refunded amount to reach the customer may also depend on the payment provider or bank.
